I assumed the role upon the company’s acquisition to spearhead culture change, recruiting, and training, develop facility roadmap, optimize daily operations, implement a maintenance program, and expand available services in adherence to safety compliance. In this role, I efficiently managed the entire operations from Dispatching, Logistics, Office Admin, Operations, Maintenance, and Yard Management. I also managed all terminal related internal budgets in close collaboration with Accounts Payable, handled commercial invoicing to terminal related clients, invoice approvals, and GL coding. Excelling in face-to-face management, I cultivated cooperative and productive relationships with a 32-member team including 6 direct reports, and exponentially grew the company’s operations through team training and development.
