• Manage goods in goods out deliveries from Hub into Logistic Service Provider and goods receipting in SAP • Report on Goods in Transit all the files for month end SOX reports such as Goods Received Goods Invoiced & MRP forecast against actuals.• Manage multiple Small Work Contractors inventory/Stock levels, Asset tracking and management of telecommunications equipment (4G) kit.• Generate order requests for deliveries from regional and overseas suppliers to fulfill demand.• Manage Faulty/Damaged kit issues and express delivery requests.• Liaise with project on expectations of deliveries required for projects• Ensure all consignments conform to standards of company and are delivered within an agreed SLA to various contractors at various locations all over UK

• Working with outside contractors to clear residual assets installed at site in SAP even though the sites is physically clear• Pivotal in communication between multiple parties regarding software functionality, as to kit being classed as obsolete or to be re-worked• Review Stock levels at Reverse logistic warehouse ensure turnover is efficient• maintaining a log of all equipment returned to reverse logistics Warehouse.

• Prepare and input invoices from various sources• Check high value invoices for accuracy (£500K +)• Management of high value accounts, E.g. Sony Ericsson/Nokia/Apple• Ensure the property accounts are maintained in accordance to company policy• Act as main point of reference for the team • Liaise and input into the usability of new IT equipment, company codes and processes• Ensure ledger reports are accurately maintained• Continually look at ways to improve workflow which includes looking at process improvement of current documents & administration duties• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLA’s whilst complying with company polices• Use of IMS for Cell site suppliers• Intensive use of SAP, extending from day to day inputting and monthly uploads to OAT testing and implementation

• Working with a legal organisation where confidentiality is an important factor in the day to day running of the business.• Assist marketing executive with the organisation of seminars, venue arrangements, mail shots and invitations to work related affairs.• Gathering essential information and reference text to produce a court bundle for Barristers and Judges.• Assist in the process of billing fees.
