Led a national sales team within the fastest growing division at ADP. Our combination of people, process and technology enhanced our clients ability to consolidate disparate systems, centralize processes and provide an overall better employee experience for their workforce. Our strategies allowed companies to free up resources to focus on critical business objectives.

Led the Major Accounts sales organization in Santa Barbara, San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles. Responsible for managing 26 associates and 5 leaders, recruiting new talent, new business sales, and building a winning culture.
