I was brought into the company as an entry level sales person with a goal of increasing close rates and within 8 months of joining, I was promoted to the tax analyst position. I implemented best practices that are still being used to train new sales people.Sales training became an integral part of my job and my programs are being used to increase sales conversions and improve the professionalism of the sales team. In the past 2 years, I have identified 2 major sales conversion improvement areas, developed the best practices needed to improve those areas and implemented training to achieve increase sales results. The sales impact of those efforts has led to a 50% increase in sales and a 75% reduction in BBB complaints. Most recently I embarked on a database optimization program which increased extended service agreement sales by more than 25%.As a sales executive I maintained top position in sales while successfully managing my client portfolio. In 2012 I was asked to move to Idaho to run our North Office, located in Post Falls.
