Solving problems and learning how businesses work is what gives me satisfaction in adding value to an organization as a business partner. My experience from my early roles as an auditor have helped shape me into a process oriented thinker. My approach to process improvement is to first understand how processes work and then to collaboratively identify alternatives to design solutions that save time, money, frustration and have minimal resistance in implementation. Improving data for decision making is a continual process. Users of data approach it differently, so being able to drill into and connect the macro and micro levels depending on needs, often with disjointed systems, are skills that I have demonstrated throughout my career.My background has been mostly in manufacturing with some experience in services. I have worked in corporate, operations and specialty roles and have found my ability to adapt to different environments critical to being able to make an impact quickly in terms of results and cultural adaptation.I enjoy working in multi-function teams and have managed people in audit and operations roles.
