Current- Created technical documentation for all essential HR procedures; cross-trained in multiple HR roles in order to identify inefficiencies and standardize processes
- Represented HR during the agency’s migration from an in-house PeopleSoft instance to Texas’ state-wide government HRIS (CAPPS HR/Payroll), a heavily modified version of PeopleSoft; coordinated all user acceptance.
- Contributed to agile project development as the co-product owner for a custom Salesforce application (ePAF); this application fully digitized the agency’s existing paper-based personnel action process
- Co-led the implementation of an applicant tracking system module (CAPPS Recruit) for the agency’s HRIS
- Played a major role in three comprehensive change management efforts, CAPPS Recruit, CAPPS HR/Payroll, and ePAF, by developing training materials and hosting live webinars
- Assisted with multiple HR investigations by participating in interviews, gathering data, and conducting analyses
