I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with a BSc in Planning and Property Development from Nottingham Trent University.My core competencies include financial appraisal, feasibility studies, site and planning appraisal, masterplanning, funding strategies, joint ventures, affordable housing, consultation, and resident engagement.
