With over three decades of experience in the fields of Finance, Marketing and Exports, I have honed my expertise in areas of Manufacturing, Global Marketing, Export strategies and Supply Chain optimisation in various roles and in the capacity of being a Managing Director over the years. Currently, serving as the Director Exports for a prominent French Distribution company- DPL France and a Director of Haylex Ltd in the UK.In my previous tenure, I was a senior Director on the Hayleys Group Management Committee and the Managing Director & Head of the Eco Solutions sector at Hayleys Plc, Sri Lanka. Played key role in the resurgence of the Eco Solutions sector driving growth from 2014 to 2017 period. Before this, played the lead role as the MD/CEO in the Floor Coverings sector, from formation to establishing it firmly as a globally recognized manufacturer-well known for its innovative product culture. Our products have been a mainstay on the shelves of top international Retailers and DIY’s for many years.A skilled negotiator and an agile thinker with a proven track record in International Marketing & Business Development, Exports, Product Innovation, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.I am a Member of the CIMA Governing Council and a Chartered Marketer.
