I was contracted into the Nottingham Fit For Work team to help bring new business clients to the preventative health care programs we offered. This is where I learnt the industry in which I now work with my business www.impacthealthandwellbeing.comThe services offered ranged from workshops on subjects such as stress management, mental health and musculoskeletal care to exercise classes and one to one consultations. During my time in this service I attracted many of the largest employers in the area to the services such as Domestic and General, Boots, Capital One, Nottingham University, Nottingham Trent University, Queens Medical Centre, Driving Standards Agency, John Lewis, Nottingham City Homes etc.
