• Implement new production process developed by Group process engineering department Increase process reliability, efficiency and capability in collaboration with Group PE team by performing test & producing analysis reports. • Design autonomously new process to develop automation Troubleshoot process & product failure using PE standard Tools & methods • Develop innovative solutions, suggestions and troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes • Audit process application by production department & develop employees by giving training on respective areas. • Performing maintenance strategies to achieve the product within quality standards • Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations • Evaluate internal defects and downtimes information to form appropriate plans of improvement • Maintaining manufacturing & control files (SOP) • Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production • Work in ERP Sap environment and Provide analysis details to prepare nonconformity and 8D reports with quality management.
