-Communicate team information to clients and other team members so operations are clear to all and well understood. -Institute proactive messaging and communications. -Ensure proactive management of business issues and their related metrics – including case reduction, MTTR improvements, effective problem management, vendor alignment. Work across geographic and functional boundaries to include others equally.-Manage all Priority 1 incidents, engaging all necessary resources including, but not limited to, DBA’s, performance, networking and infrastructure teams.

-Develop and provide technical support and expertise for Oracle HRIT staffing and recruitment applications. -Provide 24x7 support for production issues. -Provide management with monthly and quarterly metrics. -Perform root cause analysis to determine both short and long term actions for recurring issues, and to drive proactive solutions for and with the business.
