During my tenure at Clinical Outcomes Solutions, a PRO research consultancy, I have been promoted through several, consecutive roles of increasing responsibility. In my current role as a Research Scientist, I deliver full lifecycle project management – cultivate client relationships, ensure on-time milestone delivery, oversee budgeting, and present project reports. Some of my accomplishments include:► Consistently achieve high-quality, on-time deliverables – protocols, study documents, COA evidence dossiers, regulatory briefing books, qualitative study reports, literature reviews, client clinical trial protocols, and psychometric analysis plans.► Increased productivity and experiential learning with innovative training and mentoring programs -- literature review (PICO, Ovid, clinical trial registries, grey literature, and psychometric data extraction), good clinical practice, and adverse event reporting. ► Drove corporate-wide continuous improvement initiatives -- literature review protocol, reporting, and CRF data collection templates. ► Improved client’s evidencing clinical endpoint efficacy in phase 3 study with PRO measurement strategies. ► Authoring three peer reviewed conference and journal publications in Value in Health, Digestive Disease Week, and Pain.► Delivered successful qualitative research projects; lead to favorable FDA review and potential approval of PRO label claims for a novel eosinophilic esophagitis treatment. ► Present literature review best practices, project-specific methodologies, and key industry updates to internal and external stakeholders. ► Lead research initiatives on wide range of diseases -- osteogenesis imperfecta, stage IV bladder cancer, phenylketonuria, hemophilia, hallux valgus, Sjogren’s Syndrome, and neurofibromatosis type 1.

Across multiple positions with Clinical Outcomes Solutions, I partnered with global research teams, patient advocacy groups, recruitment agencies, clinical sites, and pharmaceutical sponsors to manage subject recruiting and qualitative interviewing across disparate populations -- young children, terminally ill individuals, caregivers, and clinicians. I conducted comprehensive patient experience assessments with various interview formats— exit interviews, anchor-based meaningful change determination, cognitive debriefing, concept elicitation, and usability testing. Also, I employed NVivo software to analyze research results.

Arizona MENTOR's In-Home Support Services are designed to help adults who live with family or other caregivers or on their own succeed in their home environment and participate more fully in community life. Our specially trained staff provide services tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, including: transportation, cooking, cleaning, support, getting involved in the community, help maintaining health and wellness, and help managing money.

I was called to be an AVID tutor, dedicating my time to help high school students prepare for college and assisting in schoolwork, college applications, accessing and applying for financial aid, and other information. My time here was well spent - I worked hard to improve students' work ethic, their outlook on continuing education, and empowered individuals to "never settle".
