Chris has over 20 years of experience in adaptive re-use, renovation and historic preservation projects. He enjoys working with clients and stakeholders to understand the goals of the project to create concept ideas, develop design drawings and seeing the project through construction completion and occupancy. Chis is knowledgeable in analyzing the details and conditions of the existing built environment. When challenges arise, Chris collaborates with the client and project team to develop all possible solutions while considering the project budget and schedule. He gains consensus amongst the team and implements the resolutions to successfully move the project forward. His ability to transform buildings and spaces into innovative, efficient environments are enjoyed by clients. Chris works with public and private building owners, developers, and construction managers. He has successfully completed office and tenant build-outs, retail, hospitality, and multi-family housing projects throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
