I get to work across all digital marketing channels (and a few non-digital) to find the highest value projects. The auto industry is rapidly evolving, as are the companies that help us retailers market to the customer. Staying on top of key trends & technologies is core to making sure I can solve our most strategically important problems.Since taking over the Affiliate & Lead Generation program for CarMax our team has grown sales by 3x while also improving ROI for the program by 1.5x. Campaigns & projects we have launched have ranged from traditional affiliate partnerships to pay for performance display campaigns to customer-centric merchandising optimizations. We've even got creative by hiring call centers to prospect potential customers from C2C platforms, and partnering with credit agencies on predictive models for direct marketing.Working with talented, fun loving teams in a casual work environment really drives my engagement.
