I'm a PMP certified Project Manager who has delivered a single large and critical IT project, as well as many smaller projects at once as a portfolio. I've worked for companies specializing in Medical Publishing, software services for Science and Technology customers, and for Philadelphia's tax administration agency. I've worked on many types of IT projects (website, desktop app, mobile, ebook, business operations management and authoring systems) through the complete project lifecycle. I’ve managed project teams with up to 50 people, with direct supervisory responsibility for up to a dozen people. I’ve worked on change management in a highly regulated workplace environment. I've also worked in content generation, editorial, marketing, product management, and operations. Stakeholders in my projects have been customers, taxpayers, sales teams, executives, and more.
