My company can provide great value to the expansion of new locations and remodels. We are able to provide value pricing due to the amount of material we buy, stock material based off of build schedules and eliminate GC substitutions on materials. I work with design and construction teams to provide (or adhere to) a standard design for all new locations and keep material in stock which we could ship in days’ notice. I am able to present value engineering ideas or help write specifications if needed. Our goal is to help eliminate punch list items that can reoccur on projects and streamline the construction process for our customers as it pertains to doors, frames and hardware.
