I was the inside contact for a set of customer accounts. This involved interfacing with Account Managers, customers, and vendors. Quoting, orders, expediting were all typical daily tasks along with answering the general sales queue. Additionally I was a backup for out Motor Department which involved scheduling pickups/returns and creating purchase orders.

Phone support of Rockwell Automation Products such as PLC's, HMI's, Industrial Controls, and Drives as well as selling support contracts for these products. Additional resposibilities include monitoring the project and phone activities of the other members of the group.

Coordinated a team of people to properly staff concessions and clean theater's at the appropriate times. I created a closing schedule to make sure all activities were finished at the end of the night and that enough staff remained relative to the amount of guests. Customer service complaints were often handled with a goal of 100% satisfaction.
