I am a Council Chair, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer with over ten years of board level experience across the public and commercial sectors with international experience in the animal nutrition, education, retail, consulting and manufacturing industries. At board level what I do is help organisations grow. I do that by helping companies enter into new markets or develop new products by developing and implementing business strategies. Board level highlights include: Independent Advisor to the MD at Intelliquip Solutions, a Board Member for SportCor and Top Country, Council Chair at Kenmore Independent State School and a Member of the University of Queensland’s Business School MBA Alumni Board. In an executive capacity I am an Management Consultant working with business owners, boards and senior executives to identify and secure new revenue from innovation and new market entry. As an Executive Director for BioSwiss International Holdings, an Australian based skin care start-up, I set new brand direction and secured IP in India, China and key target markets as well as ownership of key formulation and ingredients for multiple product ranges to support the founder establish the skincare business. Earlier, as the CEO and Managing Director of SportCor Pty Ltd, an Australian founded sports tech start-up where I raised over $2M to execute the product strategy I proposed which supported an increase of the company valuation from $2.5M to $7M. Prior I was the Managing Director of Clean Source Technologies, where I led the Asian operation and secured new contracts in China, Macau and Hong Kong. As the Godfrey’s General Manager in China, I established the China operation and local team responsible for new product development, quality and purchasing, replacing the range to deliver 80% of revenue within 18 months. Finally, I have a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Engineering and am a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
