• Supervising a team of three analysts and eight field technicians who identify and correct meter communication failures and support ongoing AMI network upgrade projects
• Manage team member workflow by allocating tasks and rebalancing workloads as necessary, helping to ensure project goals remain on time and on budget
• Supervisory role includes providing team members with training, direction, support and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and strengthen team performance
• Facilitate and monitor the two-year long AMI Upgrade Project (upgrading Hydro One’s AMI network from CDMA to LTE); the project is currently four months ahead of schedule and under budget
• Develop reports on the causes and remediation of meter communication failures, analyze the resulting data and make recommendations to management on work forecasts, labour resourcing and project progression
• Liaise with multiple departments and divisions within Hydro One to coordinate project work for LTE upgrades with minimal impact to customers

• Identify regions of the Smart Meter network requiring further development and work with a team of designers/engineers to deploy addition equipment for the purpose of increasing its range and stability
• Manage a team of 19 field scouts to perform site visits by creating schedules, assigning weekly work packages and processing returned field data to successfully troubleshoot network communication issues
• Coordinate with field staff schedulers across the province to have lineman escort and assist the field scout
• Remediate time-sensitive network issues related to customer complaints and Time-of-Use billing
• Construct and implement processes and tools to increase the Smart Meter Network’s range and stability
• Identified and resolved a process gap resulting in the installation of nearly 100 additional Regional Collectors facilitating data collection from over 6000 customers
