CurrentManage a group of high-performing Sales Engineers that support the Sales team for the Northern California and Pacific Northwest regions for ePlus. This region accounts for nearly 1/3rd of the total revenue for the company. I have built a team that maintains a keen eye towards technology, but also towards working closely with customers to help solve their problems. Through consistent delivery of Bill of Materials (BOMs), Customer liaison and Partner/OEM engagement, and technical training for my engineers was able to deliver back-to-back record years for our region in terms of hardware bookings and invoicing. Additionally, created and executed strategy towards meeting, or exceeding, corporate goals on Professional Service, Annuity Service and Gross Margins. Other key responsibilities include to develop and drive team to increase expertise across key technology domains that ePlus specializes in, Data Center, Cloud, Networking, Security, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Collaboration, Service Provider, Telecom Expense management, and other emerging technologies.
