Created a complex analysis spreadsheet model that enabled me to analyze numerous development scenarios quickly, saving untold hours in analysis time. Key individual to determine the site layout and plan the $21 million industrial development of the property including entitlements, negotiating with the adjacent landowner for the development of their water retention structures on our property and annexation of the property into the city limits. Underwrote and performed the due diligence of a possible investment in two start-up Autoclaved Aerated Concrete facilities in late 1997. Based on due diligence and market analyses determined early in the due diligence phase not to pursue opportunity due to market economics and concern of a declining and weakening housing market.
