Network Engineer IV who’s gained experience in several facets of Hosted Voice, Unified Communication Services over the last 10 + years. From auditing customers’ phone system needs for later provisioning, through the provisioning process and full support of the product. Currently, as part of the Managed Services Integration & Planning team, I handle escalations from all of the UCS teams (Fulfillment, Restoration, & MACD). We also certify new hardware & software solutions for Product, working along-side Voice & Advance Engineering teams.

I am a Tier II, Hosted Voice engineer. I work as an escalation point for Tier I teams, specifically on Hosted Voice issues as well as working on projects to help streamline the provisioning process between our group and the trunking designers. Like previous positions, I rely heavily on my Braodsoft platform knowledge as well as my networking skills to help troubleshoot problems our customers may be having with the Hosted Voice product. I review trouble tickets and follow up with the customer on a case by case basis. I'm also assigned larger cases where multiple troubles appear to be present. I will systematically work those issues, handling everything that I can and following up on escalations when necessary.

Bright House Networks merged with Time Warner Cable & Charter Communications in 2016. My position is under the Spectrum Enterprise brand.Network Engineer III responsible for auditing customer’s phone system needs for later provisioning. I discuss call flow possibilities with Enterprise customers. Offering knowledge of services and features that best suit the customer’s phone system needs within, but not limited to, the confines of their Sales Order agreement.

My combined years of IT experience and knowledge of the Hosted Voice product has led me from operations to the sales side of the house. I now work directly with our Account Representatives and other Solution Engineers staff in support of the Hosted Voice product from a sales' perspective.I work with our customers to help them design their new telephony systems. Explaining new and exciting features that help them overcome their previous communication limitations, I map out how their call flow should be handled. I guide our clientele through the process that may include a bevy of features including their general Auto Attendant and Hunt Group needs as well as the more robust items such as unified communication soft-phone applications and call centers.I am riding the cutting edge wave of technology that Voice Over Internet Protocol constantly challenges us with. All the way from the operations side of the house, to those bringing us the new revenue in sales.
