Development of an embedded real time application that controls a 3D printer. The application translates gcode files, communicates with an Arduino based stepper controller via USB, performs force sensor signal acquisition and recording. It also uses OpenCV computer vision algorithms to smooth .png slicer image files and then forwards them to a 4K LCD display which is used to mask UV light as part of the 3D printing process. Development of a touch screen UI using Electron and Node.js that interfaces to the C++ application via a native code shared library.

Development of a high precision tail rotor drive shaft alignment angle measurement system for the US Navy. The system was based on OpenCV computer vision pose estimation algorithms.
