Writing submissions to Ofgem for the Cyber Resilience IT T2 Re-Opener, a multi-million pound project with a tight deadline. This involves understanding the regulatory framework and Ofgem's requirements, then liaising with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand their cyber security projects and write concise, complete and readable submission documents. Complete accuracy is required. After completion of the Ofcom submission I moved on to writing policies, standards and standard operating procedures for the various cyber security teams reporting into the CISO. This also involves consulting with SMEs, then writing documents for ISO 27001 certification and other regulation-driven requirements.

I joined to write documentation for the software being created by this fast-growing electric vehicleinfrastructure provider. I documented applications that interface with National Grid for provisioning purposes, and documented the software life cycle process. I also wrote case studies for the marketing team.
