IT Senior Project Manager @ Golder (2013 – 2022) – Management of all US IT Infrastructure Projects supporting the Commercial Real Estate Team with their portfolio of +60 offices across the US Operations. Developed Scope of Work, managed Timelines & Budgets, implemented standards, and leveraged resources for on time project delivery to key stakeholders in the business line. As part of the scope development, worked closely with the Global Network Team design and plan the network equipment being installed that would ultimately support the infrastructure wiring. With all offices under lease agreements, this accounted for 12-16 projects of various sizes in a given year. Resources included an internal and outsourced IT team (operations and networking), national and local contractors, and various vendors at national supply houses.Additional responsibilities included management of the US Print Fleet and working closely with the Global Network Team to provide project management support for WAN, Wireless, & Telephony deployments.Technical Project Manager @ Golder Associates Inc. (2010 – 2013) – Management of US IT Infrastructure Projects.Systems Administrator @ Golder Associates Inc. (2007 – 2010) – Responsible for Desktop (Laptops & Workstations) hardware refresh configurations for the US. Worked with the Dell CFI (Custom Factory Imaging) Team to have these Images deployed on our computers as they shipped directly from Dell. Transitioned the imaging process from Norton Ghost to Microsoft WIM with use of WinPE. Delivered some of the first WIM Images to Dell CFI, in doing so we helped streamline their ability to process these WIM files working with the CFI project managers. This direction to WIM brought us to the next step to leverage SCCM to deploy our Images via PXE. Additional responsibilities included the management of WSUS. Responsibilities included management and support of a Cisco Powered Network with 24 Novell and 5 Windows servers running on Dell PowerEdge Server Hardware along with T-1 and T-3 frame-relay circuits; maintaining all servers and their databases focusing on constant “uptime” in order to better serve our customers. Additional responsibilities included, but were not limited to, desktop deployment of software, reporting and inventory of all network systems, i.e. check / item processing, core platform and databases, tape backups, AV updates and server patches / upgrades. Management of vendors and procurement, hardware and software evaluation, oversaw desktop support and other LAN related issues.
