These demo systems significantly increased sales by showing customers a real working SCADA system using Standard Automation’s software.• Created applications for trade shows to show off our products and technology. This includes PDA applications, Thin Client implementations and Wireless solutions.• Responsible for keeping up with latest technology and customer demands.• Designed and developed company website, Custom CRM and intranet that combined and replaced many departmental applications that had been developed over the years. • Designed and developed a simulation system using GE Fanuc PLC’s, GE Mark VI Controller and Wonderware HMI to simulate a turbine generator for testing.• Supported Test Line personal with acceptance testing, and Field Service personal with startup and maintenance.• Supported the Controls Department computers and equipment. (~ 15 people)• Designed and developed an online software acceptance system getting rid of paperwork and increasing productivity. I was recognized by the plant manager for increasing productivity and helping the company come closer to their 6sigma goals.• Maintained the Jacinto Port intranet. All other facilities had there work outsourced to India, I coordinated with personal in Houston Texas, Atlanta Georgia and India to keep the intranet up to date and follow corporate standards.

Exxon Contract in Baytown, TX• Designed and developed pilot plant controls systems using Allen-Bradley PLC 5’s and Wonderware HMI basedon process specs given my Exxon personal.• Supported the GE ICS personal office in the Exxon plant. (~7 people)

GE Plastics Contract• Part of their Y2K audit team. I was responsible for visiting their plants all through out Europe (8 countries in 2 months) and make sure that all equipment that could be effected by the Y2K bug was marked on the inventory and that there was a plan to replace the equipment and schedule shutdowns if necessary.

Anheuser-Busch Contract, Houston, TX • Designed, developed and maintained FactoryLink HMI screens.• Developed PLC Logic for Allen-Bradley PLC 5’s. There were over 40 PLC linked together all sharing data.• Maintained computers running Windows NT and AIX from within Reflection X.• Maintained RISC-6000 Servers.• Maintained Sybase database server as well as wrote database code to store, validate and send data back to theuser HMI and PLC’s.• Wrote shell scripts for maintenance personal to monitor status of HMI and communications.
