Conceived and delivered the Ghana Single Window (GhSW) portal and mobile app to provide online services for importers, exporters and the logistics industry in Ghana. The app won ‘Mobile App of the Year’ at Mobex Africa Innovation Awards in September 2018.

Responsible for the operations and product development of the TradeNet Single Window platform and Ghana Customs Management System.Conceptualised and Project Managed the development and implementation of the following:- eMDA portal system: e-Permits and e-Exemptions for Government Controlling Agencies- Unique Consignment Reference (UCR): 'electronic staple'.

Managed bid for GCNet for the World Bank sponsored Ghana eGovernment Project - a Public Private Partnership to Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer an eGovernment Solution for Ghana Revenue Authority and Registrar General's Department. GCNet placed top and signed a $60m contract with the Government of Ghana in December 2009.

Instrumental in turning round a struggling IT company, transforming it from a general vendor of computer equipment into a tightly focused provider of financial processing and networking solutions and services. I was a central figure in the creation of two major IT outsourcing initiatives spun off from the parent company:- Remittance Processing Ghana Ltd.
