For twenty five years, I've focused on storage platforms across many, many different customers from small businesses all the way through to the world's largest companies.Knowledge is what drives me. I love to learn new technologies and subjects in the rapidly changing storage technology environment, but more than that I love to share that knowledge. That's sharing my knowledge of products through enablement of my colleagues and partners, and sharing my knowledge of storage solution design, architecture and platforms with our customers.My role focuses on Dell Technologies PowerStore and Unity platforms, and the associated technologies that go with them. I have interests in many other areas of technology, particularly in sustainability and ethics.

I was the Lead Consultant for the NetApp product range, managing a team of 6 consultants and engineers. I was engaged with pre-sales work (design, assessments, demos, marketing events, partner development) for the NetApp product line and Symantec NetBackup as well as consultancy, deployments, healthchecks etc on both those products. I was also a Symantec Authorized Trainer for NetBackup, delivering the official NetBackup training on versions 3.4 through to version 7 on behalf of Symantec. -

I was also involved in pre- and post sales work for Compag/HP StorageWorks.From 2003 onwards, I moved into providing a similar role for the NetApp product line, something I continued to work with for the next 11 years.
