My career has taken me from finance to facilitation: a global game of connect-the-dots from Phoenix to Paris, London to Bangkok, Prague to Dubai, and even a few years in Iraq! After earning my MBA from Thunderbird in Phoenix (and qualifying for the CPA), I navigated financial roles in Paris and London at KPMG and Schlumberger. In year 2000, right after all those Millennial celebrations (which I enjoyed at Darling Harbour, Sydney), I swapped the number crunching for something that didn’t include as many Excel spreadsheets: founding Starfish Taylor and working with Capgemini Accelerated Solutions Environment in Paris and Toulouse, before pivoting to grow my Starfish Taylor business with the help of great friends, hard work and well, a lot of fun and amazing times! At Starfish Taylor, we’re in the business of making meetings memorable! As Chief Nutcracker, I help crack the tough corporate nuts (the problems, not the people lol). We transform strategy sessions from “death by PowerPoint” to fun, creative, and engaging workshops. Our core strength is listening to what you are trying to achieve, and translating that into amazing workshops, each destined to become “the one that gets talked about again and again!”.
