- Schedule Hub Group shipping container pick-up and delivery appointments for 100+ customers based on customer preferences, availability, and rail transit times
- Track and trace containers using TPS and railway websites to provide the customer ETAs and other updates as needed
- Monitor multiple high-traffic email inboxes and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, prioritizing time-sensitive issues
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, railway representatives, and various internal teams including operations, pricing, and brokerage to ensure all transit paperwork is correct, completed, and properly filed to.
- Clear containers for Canadian and Mexican border crossing by relaying proper documentation to customs brokers
- Review charges posted to customer accounts that were not included in the original quoted price to ensure validity
