In my current role as VP – Surety with MMA, I am client focused, using a consultative, strategic approach to managing my client’s surety program. But what does that mean? • Consulting on working capital and equity management• Matching my clients with the surety market that best matches their needs, philosophy and culture• Active management of their surety capacity• Assessing and advising on the impact of financing activities on their surety program• Continuity planning discussions and the impact on surety capacityDuring my career I’ve handled nearly all types of contractors, including GCs, subs/specialty, civil, highway, underground, suppliers, and marine contractors with annual revenues ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion. Additionally, I’ve managed surety needs for manufacturers and other commercial clients with a wide range of bond needs.On a personal side, I have a wonderful wife and 5 kids (yes 5!).
