I have been fortunate to work for Mars since I was 18. I started on their A-level leaver programme, I honestly thought I would stay for 12 months to gain some commercial experience. Needless to say things didn't quite turn out like that for good reason - I have had an amazing time developing my career through a variety of different positions and have made many lifelong friends along the way!I found my 'home' in Talent Acquisition and have loved learning and building my expertise in this area! I have worked across early career and experienced hire, building and leading end to end recruitment teams, establishing direct sourcing models and standing up RPO solutions. Being a part of someone's career decision making is an important responsibility.
