Conducted process reviews on several nuclear technical work packages and identified critical educational specifications. This NAVSEA 08 directed project eventually resulted in correcting numerous inefficient and potentially unsafe work practices across all naval shipyards.As Evaluation and Test Branch Manager, • Participated in NAVSEA’s highest priority corporate industrial initiative.
