With over 10 years of dedicated HR experience and 20 years of leadership in the United States Air Force, I currently serve as the Senior Enlisted Leader at the 62d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, where I skillfully blend my expertise in aircraft maintenance and human resources to drive operational excellence and team performance for 600 personnel. My leadership has been instrumental in developing policies that enhance efficiency and cultivate a mission-ready workforce, demonstrated through my successful mentorship of senior leaders and my contributions to high-stakes promotion and career development panels. I’ve led initiatives that have resulted in significant improvements in personnel management, including the validation of manpower requirements for optimal skill distribution, the auditing of performance evaluations, and the development of talent programs that achieved a 25% reduction in aircraft discrepancies. With a strong commitment to conflict management and organizational development, I leverage skills in communication, problem-solving, and policy development to foster a culture of excellence and readiness in our operations.After 29 years of honorable service in the US Air Force, I am preparing to close this chapter and embrace a new one.
