My OutlookIf I could, I'd spend a year visiting churches around the world and talking with the audio techs about their job. My two greatest joys, when it comes to live church audio engineering, are 1) watching a congregation fully engaged in worship and 2) watching a skilled audio tech do their job so well that no one notices. "All eyes forward," as the saying goes.
