• Managing and leading the project team• Attend client meetings, general liaison and communication with the client, including the preparation of detailed quotations and supporting documentation for all digital projects.• Detailed project planning and coordination, including: o The creation of project plans (user stories, conditions of satisfaction and testing scenarios). o Involving other parties, such as developers, 3rd party suppliers or client technical staff to assist in the creation of deliverables, and the negotiation of fees if required. o Listing, or facilitating the listing of project deliverables (user stories) in Redmine o Responsible for keeping Redmine up to date with the current project status. o The coordination of QA resource on projects o Managing project deliverables between the developers and account teams o Providing continued support after go live by assisting the helpdesk when required • Commercial awareness and prioritisation of workload. Consulting to ensure business value is maximised.• Managing the project budget with 3rd party costs (developers or external contractors) and reporting of this to the Digital Directors.• Preparing initial briefs, client contact reports following meetings, etc., documenting any changes to job requirements and preparing updated estimates where appropriate.• Assisting with selling new projects in o Demonstrating current systems o Preparation of sales materials• Training users for current systems o Demonstrations and walkthroughs o Preparation of user guides• Planning and allocating resources across projects.• Managing any invoicing for projects billed directly through DST.• Assisting the helpdesk in their responses to customer queries
