• Attend client meetings, general liaison and communication with the client, including the preparation of detailed quotations and supporting documentation for all digital projects.
• Detailed project planning and coordination, including: o The creation of project plans (user stories, conditions of satisfaction and testing scenarios). o Involving other parties, such as developers, 3rd party.
• Commercial awareness and prioritisation of workload. Consulting to ensure business value is maximised.
• Managing the project budget with 3rd party costs (developers or external contractors) and reporting of this to the Digital Directors.
• Preparing initial briefs, client contact reports following meetings, etc., documenting any changes to job requirements and preparing updated estimates where appropriate.

• Handling new and established clients with their requirements – retaining and winning new business.
• Maximising profitability and revenue across projects.
• Reporting on and analysing project performance; presenting this to back to the client directly.
• Handling any escalated issues and working directly with the Program Manager to ensure quality is assured.
• Liaising with the Program Manager to identify key areas for improvement within project processes.

• The efficient running of translation projects for a number of high profile clients across a variety of industries.
• Establishing relationships with clients – retaining and wining new business.
• Maintaining financials and keeping accounts highly profitable, showing increased revenue in my first year.
• Co-ordinating with 30+ offices across EMEA/APAC/LATAM regions to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Working with Studio, DTP and Engineering departments to manage the project through production to delivery.
