Most recently, Chris joined TechPoint as the Director of Engagement. Prior to TechPoint, Hutchinson served as Director of Growth for the Engineered Innovation Group starting in 2023. Before joining the EIG team, Hutchinson served as CEO of the startup Fastek, LLC, in 2022.Prior to Fastek, Hutchinson spent two years as the Senior Vice President of Engagement and served on the Executive Leadership team for the Eleven Fifty Academy, where he led expansion efforts in multiple new markets and several national partnerships.Prior to joining the Eleven Fifty Academy team, Hutchinson successfully started and ran two small businesses. In 2016, Chris started his second company called The Pint Cycle. The Pint Cycle was an outdoor entertainment company that provided tours of downtown Fishers, IN, and several of the city’s breweries, bars, and restaurants on a 16-person pedal-powered bicycle. In 2015, Hutchinson formed The CoLab Group, a niche consulting firm focused on providing business growth and development services for startup and small business organizations. With nearly 25 years of experience in business development across a variety of vertical markets, Hutchinson and The CoLab Group offer unique services compared to others in the same space.Before The CoLab Group, Hutchinson served as the Director of Business Development for Garmong Construction Services. Here Chris was responsible for the global development and management of north-central Indiana accounts, with an emphasis on developing the higher education, economic development, healthcare, manufacturing, and municipal market sectors. Prior to Garmong, Hutchinson was the Director of International Partner Relations for Harrison College. Here, Chris was responsible for maintaining financial and academic integrity, as well as quality assurance, within partner-delivered agreements. He was also responsible for identifying new markets and prospective partners to help grow the International Division. Prior to this role, Hutchinson served as the Director of Program Development at Harrison College. In this capacity, Hutchinson was responsible for driving and managing programmatic recommendations and decisions for all of Harrison College’s campuses, including its online division. Before joining Harrison College, Chris spent nearly seven years as a Sr. technical staffing consultant with Aerotek, an Allegis Group company. Mr. Hutchinson served the entire state of Indiana market and specialized in working with Engineering, Scientific, Commercial, and Architectural-based organizations.
