In this role I provide support and guidance on commercial matters for International Development projects, with a particular focus on bidding, profitability analysis, contract reviews, partnering agreements; and any other commercial issues.

Managing all the companies Education HR projects for external clients. I develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. My role is that of the business stream manager and I ensure all contracts and quality assurance documentation are produced and received in a timely manner and are accurately recorded and stored. I have overall responsibility for the finance for all the projects, from advising on the finance in bids to billing clients.
