In 2018 I put my aspirations of becoming a touring audio engineer on hold to focus more energy and taking on extra responsibilities at Adi Insights by moving into a Management role.It's an amazing feeling - being able to help staff grow alongside you and I'm super proud of the team and all they've accomplished! Main initiatives were to help the team manage increased support volumes & cementing new processes and continue to build our internal & external documentation.We made having a team across 2 different timezones (3 at times!) work well & put in place processes to continually learn from each other.

Lead, supported & developed our customer success team in person & remotely to help support our growing roster of brands.Maintained current knowledge of web best practice & procedures to up-skill & continually engage team.Successfully project managed software implementation & trainings for multiple large brands & countless SMBCorporate digital media communications via email & internal announcement channels to own usersManaged content databases for own users & internal team (including Atlassian & Wagtail CMS)Weekly & monthly analytics & reporting for internal use and to audit customer & network KPI's & uptakeLoved every second of this role...From in-person workshops to 50 users sharing the same wi-fi network.Zoom calls with 100+ attendees (and this was pre-covid!)To one on one phone calls.Continuous up-skilling on new functionality for key stakeholders - so they also had a deep understanding of all features & functions - and well prepared for questions which came up or to start rollout across their network. Ongoing support & auditing platform use of these brands was a key part of keeping all stakeholders in the loop and keeping communication lines open at all times.Implementing & project managing rollouts of franchise networks with 150+ stores definitely doesn't get old - nor does being the main resource for co-ordinators of 2000+ health workers whom are being smashed from all angles - there was always something new and exciting to tackle.Supporting & assisted our sales team resolve unique problems they had identified with the help of my in-depth product knowledge & experience.Even answering quick questions on one of the many Fair Work Australia very very very complex modern awards. Is their award interpretation right?49611 emails and 7400 Slack logins (fun fact).I've worked with some amazing brands full of even more amazing people - with plenty of amazing memories of our wonderful team!

Moved between a sales & support role at Adi Insights before settling in to sales.Analysed & sourced viable solutions based on business requirements, a deep understanding of our product, and addressing their pain points to win buy-in from all parties.I was grateful to help execute digital strategy and work with potential customers in Australia, NZ, Singapore, & Europe with our amazing team, which included representing the business at trade shows & conferences, where I was able to run seminars, competitions, and supporting franchisees & users at the events.

I've always been passionate about music & was fortunate enough to start working as a sound technician in the local music scene. This journey took me to working comedy shows during Adelaide Fringe over these years, and setting up audio rigs for small-mid size stages for events.From the absolute crazy team & even crazier crowds for Dune Rats, the boogie nights of The Heart String Tangle, North East Party House & Tkay Maidza, farewell shows for Frenzal Rhomb, to surprise shows for Unknown Mortal Orchestra - I've had some of my best memories from these shows and experiences I'll never forget.
