With desire to build out the retail presence for Allan Gray I was provided this unique opportunity. The role was initially focused on providing direction for the retail business and engaging with the advice industry across adviser, research consultants, dealer groups and platforms. As the business grew in terms of market presence, client support and team size I was assumed a senior management and leadership role.

A strategic opportunity to rebuild a brand with a chequered track record in Australia. This role was a national key account role with broad responsibilities in the business. The main focus was to work with the advice industry to build Fidelity's presence in client portfolios across a range of investment products.

Initially brought across to assist the business development team with a variety of tasks including economic commentary and performance analytics for the funds before moving into a business development role. My final role in the business was that of state manager for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia which involved working closely with financial advisers to achieve the targets and objectives of the firm.

Held a variety of roles over an 8 year period commencing with entry level banking roles and over a period of time moving into more senior roles in the bank, specifically conducting credit analysis for large commercial debt dealings.
