Executive Summary:- Since I was a little boy, I recognized that one of the foundations of business is taking care of your customer. Starting with my newspaper route, I saw that you could develop a successful business making sure your clients' have a favorable experience. My newspaper route peaked my initial interest in becoming a businessman which led to my dream of running my own business someday. I was always interested in how to run a business, what makes one business successful, another a failure, how you market a business, and the importance of word of mouth "advertising" as referrals from other customers. I also worked many retail positions in my youth at various department stores, an Italian Specialty Food Store and personally saw the benefits of having happy clients. After college, my start in business was operating a retail athletic store in Boulder, CO. I continued my "education" as a businessman, providing office solutions and later communications solutions for clients. After many years working for others, I decided to embark on my own, to start a business. By starting Walnut Telecom Group, now Walnut Technology Group we thought that we could provide more then what the existing technology and telecom companies were currently providing.
