I am an experienced retail manager with more than 25 years experience, which has led me to having worked in all format types, managing teams of all sizes,leading from the front and delivering KPI’s.Having been in a customer facing environment for many years I fully understand and appreciate the need to deliver great customer service at every opportunity.I have more recently developed my HR Generalist skills, which includes advising team members and managers alike on all aspects of policy, process and procedures.Areas I have been actively involved in are recruitment, RTW, Disciplinary and appeals process, pay and reward and general enquiries with the key aim of following and upholding company policy.
