Adecco interview in excess of 20,000 candidates each year for warehouse roles at Amazon. Previously, candidates were required to follow a paper-based registration process during in-branch interviews which resulted in excess time and effort on the part of the candidate and recruiter, with sensitive information stored on paper copies. The project delivered a fully mobile, online solution replicating the forms within an Amazon app designed to be used on tablets by the recruiters and giving candidates access to the Salesforce Community Cloud to complete their forms prior to their interview.
