In my current role as General Manager at a garden service for the past three years, I have overseen two teams, conducted site inspections, and communicated with property owners to address their specific needs and advise on garden maintenance. This role has honed my attention to detail and my ability to manage and evaluate work effectively.Previously, I worked as a Sales and Service Consultant in the banking sector, where I specialized in mobile and electronic products. My responsibilities included cross-selling a range of devices, managing data and cell phone packages, and providing training and performance reports across three branches. This experience developed my analytical skills and ability to understand and meet customer needs.I am currently enhancing my IT skills through self-study in Cyber Security with Cisco. This endeavor reflects my commitment to professional growth and my passion for technology.Additionally, my background in music and gaming has given me unique insights into human behavior and communication. Having played in a band, toured, and released an album, I have developed an acute awareness of diverse behaviors and interactions, which helps me communicate well with others.
