Responsible for the production planning for SolarWorld USA's four production factories, soon to be five with the new module factory opening this year in Hillsboro. Duties include managing the weekly tactical build schedule with the operations teams, as well as driving the production plan process with the North American Sr. Staff.For 2010, will be responsible for the progam to drive BOM cost reductions and champion Lean introduction into the SolarWorld supply chain.

As the Manager of Direct Materials Planning, responsible for assuring that adequate planning resources, activities, and capabilities are in place to support the direct raw material procurement for Intel’s Fab and Assembly/Test factory network. This includes silicon, chemicals, gasses, substrates, passive components, heat spreaders, etc. The team manages the planning of requirements supporting demand forecasts. inventory model targets, and strategice material requirements.

As the Communications Marketing & Business Planning (CMBP) Manager, responsible for managing an organization that effectively manages the demand, supply, pricing, and tool/process capabilities for all of Intel’s Communications businesses. During 2005, charter was to build the organization, develop the organization’s functional capabilities, and begin to absorb the marketing and business planning roles of Intel’s Comms businesses via a developed and approved roadmap.

Managed demand forecast generation and translation into factory build plans; new product introduction into the manufacturing network; materials and production control management for internal factory network; all supply/demand analysis related to the Comms supply chain.
