The EQONEX Group provided a NASDAQ listed digital asset ecosystem centered around the EQONEX exchange, the EQO token, crypto custody, trading and asset management.• Responsible for technology across the group and a member of the executive committee.• Led a department of 100 people covering mobile, web, backend, DevOps, data, quality assurance, product management, cybersecurity and corporate IT.• Oversaw the development and operations of a low latency digital asset exchange with spot and derivative products. Developed onboarding journeys for retail and institutional customers incorporating KYC controls and fiat/crypto on-ramps with AML controls to facilitate the deposit and withdrawal of assets. COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA – LONDON, SEOUL (JUL 2011 – AUG 2015)• Architected and built ACDC, Commonwealth Bank’s core DevOps system for managing configuration and executing deployments.• ACDC performed over a million deployments yearly for all of Commonwealth Bank’s major systems across all environments from development to production.• Used by 1,000+ applications with a total of 10M+ files and 280GB+ of configuration data which was deployed to 1,500+ servers.RANKINGS HQ – SEOUL (MAR 2010 – JUL 2011)• Used the .NET Platform to develop web, mobile and desktop applications to manage tournaments. This included the development of CI/CD pipelines, payment gateway integrations and a Swiss system-based tournament rankings algorithm.COMMSEC – SYDNEY (MAR 2009 – MAR 2010)• Established and implemented a database release process for managing CommSec’s white label stockbroking platform.• Introduced automated testing to verify functionality and profile application performance on every commit.COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA – SYDNEY (DEC 2007 – MAR 2009)• Led a team of 8 developers to migrate Australia’s largest online banking platform (NetBank) from Java to the .NET Framework.• Fostered quality through mentorship, code reviews and unit testing.• Acted as Development Manager.ASSORTED CLIENTS – SYDNEY (OCT 2004 – DEC 2007)• Architect, technical lead and project manager for a number of e-commerce and CRM applications.• Led a team of 5 developers to build Australia’s largest background checking system for First Advantage.
