- Co-created and led one of the most impactful organizations working at the intersection of gender, racial, and economic justice and supporting the Central Florida community in the wake of a mass tragedy through policy, organizing, wellness and communications - Administered oversight of all fiscal responsibilities, including duties necessary for auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, and capital assets in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, organizational policies and procedures, and all other applicable rules and guidelines.- Oversaw grant writing, applications, preparation compliance, and reporting, to local and national philanthropic entities- Served as a lead plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, overturning an immigration law enacted in 2019 banning sanctuary cities and diverting local government resources to facilitate federal immigration enforcement - Built and managed a growing team of 5 staff persons- Established and strengthened partnerships and provided technical support in fostering robust diversity initiatives with local businesses, community groups, allies, and other LGBTQ+ organizations throughout the Central Florida community

- Facilitated learning sessions for public and private entities highlighting the impacts of the HIV/AIDS epidemic on LGBTQ+ communities of color, with particular emphasis on gay, bisexual, same-gender loving, and queer men, transgender women, and gender-nonbinary communities- Disseminated messaging, materials, and prevention resources inline with the implementation efforts of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Let’s Stop HIV campaign- Served as an external advisor to the Let’s Stop HIV campaign’s communications and marketing strategies
