Chris began his career with Pitney Bowes as an Account Manager, where he “pounded the pavement” learning the fundamentals of sales. Chris exceeded all targets for sales revenue and was recognized as a top performer ranked in the top 5% of all sales personnel. Chris left Pitney Bowes to start a successful Web Software Company specializing in database-driven sales & marketing solutions for the real estate industry. As a marketing & technology consultant to executives of some of the nation’s largest real estate companies, Chris was at the forefront of the industry‘s migration to the web. After seven years invested in growing his company and developing the product line, Chris sold his company and took a year sabbatical to plan his next career move. Driven by his passion for real estate and more than ten years of experience buying and selling investment properties, Chris started his career with RE/MAX. Chris, had personally participated in the development and renovation of over thirty properties. Chris’ unique background and skill set encompassed over seventeen years of experience in sales, marketing real estate development, real estate investing, and technology. His resume is virtually a “Perfect Storm” for the real estate industry. Chris utilizes his passion for real estate, marketing, and technology to enable and supercharge his team. Utilizing aggressive sales techniques, his extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and comprehensive marketing strategies, Chris has personally sold over $100,000,000 in real estate.
