In November of 2010 my small consulting firm, Myintarweb, LLC merged with BigBadCollab, Inc. I came on as a partner and the Development Director.

As a founding developer for Habari, I have helped shepherd the growing community in a direction of respect, openness and cooperation.I have also helped make some insane software.

In 2009 I came on board as a Senior Developer and quickly moved my way up to Director of Web Development. While there I oversaw the development of our core platform, as well as operated in an ideation capacity. Together with the Software Architect I dreamed up new directions, products and services to extend the brand into new markets and areas of profitability. While there I managed a team of 8 developers.

As Director of Development I am tasked with shaping the vision of the company, where technology and software development are concerned. I am the lead architect of the Gohub Software Platform, which allows us to connect individuals around the world with Opportunities for service and humanitarian outreach.

As the Lead Developer at Viewzi I mentored the younger developers on the team, as well as lead the building of their Site Based Search platform, Viewzi Site Search.

In recent years the College has become aware of how important their web presence is. I was brought on to help push functionality, design and usability forward.While here I have helped design and develop a Collegiate Content Management system that addresses the unique needs of an institute of higher education as well as helping to define and implement a new look for the College's site.Most recently I designed and implented a system that allows the College to create and edit print materials via the web. Once the material is ready for printing, the data can be exported and imported into InDesign.

From creating some of the first widely available plugins, to the releasing the first theme system and contributing the original dashboard, my contributions to the early days of WordPress are many and varied.

Lead developer and designer for the web presence of the largest privately held Mental Health board in the Country. I also operated as a .NET programmer while at Bluegrass.
