During my time at Fermilab I've worked on PCB design, ASIC testing, CAD (Solidworks, AutoCAD, NX), Digital Design, Communications, Embedded Systems (ARM, C) and much more.Currently I've been working on testing custom ASICs by designing enclosures, performing field testing, interfacing with various instrumentation, working with DAQ systems and.

Worked alongside mechanical and electrical engineers to update and create control systems for the university's rover for the University Rover Competition. Designed custom PCB (MARCS) powered by an ARM Cortex M4 to handle motor control, data acquisition, power distribution, and more for the Rover.

1st Term (Summer 2017): Focused on thermal and flow analysis/simulation of a high-power custom PCB along with layout and schematic design for a high-speed clock receiver board. 2nd Term (Spring 2018): Working on I2C interfacing with various devices using an ARM Cortex M3. In addition, working on schematic review, front panel design, and PCB airflow.

Co-Founded the NIU Makers which is a design team focused on electrical engineering topics including PCB Design, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Particle Photon, 3D Printing, and more. Responsible for teaching junior members skills/techniques and project planning, team management, purchasing, working with the university, and sponsor relations.

Worked on designing, building, and testing a remote control airplane for the Society of Automotive Engineers Collegiate Design Series. I worked on power and control systems, team management using Microsoft Project and various other tools, and various manufacturing and 3D modeling tasks using SolidWorks.
